Full Page ads are $450 and include Silver Level On-Line exposure for up to 25 listings and LMS access.

Half Page ads are $275 and include Silver Level On-Line exposure for a limited number of listings.

Banner or Quarter page ads are $150.

Various discounts are available, 10% for customers with contracts who submit ads through AMS.

Larger discounts available for 8 or more pages and/or agency prepared artwork.

Advertising fees are billed when book is submitted for print and payment is due within 15 days.

A $10 per ad/page surcharge is currently being charged to facilitate a transfer to new Thrifty Nickel fees being charged for placement in the United stores.

Any account that is more than 90 days past due is subject to a 25% fee on all past due balances and subject to the maximum allowable credit card rate permitted.

Once your event is over, the Open House posting will no longer appear. It’s easy to enter the dates through AMS, and the rest is automatic. Consumers can search, see and map to your listings. They can even get driving directions.
